I’m Dr. Konrad Ferguson, and I hope to offer you a gentle, family-friendly dental experience.
I’m a family dentist who believes great dentistry starts with honesty, scientific evidence, and clear, thoughtful treatment planning. I stay up to date with the latest research and digital techniques so I can provide safe, modern, and precise care — whether you’re coming in for your child’s first check-up, a crown, an implant consultation, or wisdom tooth surgery.
I practice holistic, minimally invasive dentistry with a focus on long-term oral and whole-body health. My goal is to help you stay healthy and comfortable through preventive care, oral cancer screenings, relief of tooth pain, and natural-looking tooth replacement and repair.
Beyond clinical care, I’m also interested in education, technology, and community outreach that support modern dentistry.
Urgent Appointments Reserved for Emergencies
Artisan Dental sets aside a limited number of same-day and urgent appointment slots specifically for dental emergencies, subject to availability. This helps patients who do not have a regular dentist, or who cannot wait for a routine booking, to be seen as soon as reasonably possible during our operating hours. While immediate appointments cannot be guaranteed, our team will do our best to offer you the next available slot based on the urgency of your symptoms.

Dr Natasha Lee is a general dentist with a strong focus on managing dental emergencies such as severe toothache, facial swelling, dental abscesses, knocked-out teeth, broken or chipped teeth, uncontrolled bleeding, painful or swollen gums, jaw injuries, and post-extraction pain such as dry socket.
She graduated with Distinction from Queen's University Belfast and has been recognised with the Aesthetic Dentistry Case Award by the College of General Dentistry (UK) for the quality of her clinical work. Her training includes clinical distinctions in Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, and Oral Medicine, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of both routine and complex dental conditions.
Dr Lee also scored in the top 10% in the UK for Situational Judgement, demonstrating a strong commitment to patient safety, ethics, and professional communication. She gained extensive experience managing a wide variety of cases, including emergency care, in Central London, always prioritising high-quality, patient-centred outcomes. Patients value her clinical precision, gentle manner, and clear explanations, especially when they are in pain or anxious about urgent treatment.

Fully licensed dentist in Washington State USA and Singapore.
Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Washington, 2009-2010. Dental School at UC San Francisco, 2005-2009. Undergraduate degree in Bioinformatics & CS minor at UCR.
The following awards are recognized in Canada and the United States but not in Singapore currently: Fellowship in the (American) Academy of General Dentistry. Graduate of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Maxicourse.

I provide full-scope family dentistry for children, teens, adults, and seniors — including routine check-ups, fillings, crowns, oral hygiene guidance, emergency visits, and more.

Although I am very successful with young children with anxiety, some young children have complex needs — such as excessive anxiety, behavioral concerns, or treatments that may require (risky) sedation — I may refer your child to a trusted pediatric dentist to ensure they receive the safest and most comfortable care.

What Happens at an Emergency Appointment
At your emergency appointment, Dr Natasha Lee will begin with a focused history and examination of the affected area. She may recommend X-rays or other investigations if needed. Based on the findings, she will discuss the diagnosis, immediate treatment options to relieve symptoms where possible, and any follow-up care that may be required. In some cases, treatment can be started on the same day; in others, a staged approach over several visits may be recommended for your safety and long-term outcome.
Booking and Walk-In Information
To help us prioritise urgent cases, patients are encouraged to call ahead or request an appointment online before coming to the clinic. Same-day or urgent appointments are offered based on clinical urgency and slot availability. Walk-in patients with emergencies will be accommodated where possible within the day's schedule, or given the next available appointment time if all urgent slots have already been taken.
